Girl Scout Camp

What a fabulous weekend! Millie and I weren't sure what to expect and boy did we have a great time! Such a beautiful location and Millie's troop is truly a great group of girls. We had a great time! Here is a video of the entire weekend!

I was at my training course and Millie had a soccer game so Milo ran the ANCS annual 5k with a buddy. His hair isn't wet from the rain, he was just super sweaty. He ran the whole thing and did so well!

I was honored to be offered the chance to take a Crossfit Level 1 certification course this weekend. The Level 1 Certificate Course is an intro to CrossFit's methodology and foundational movements. The course includes classroom instruction on these topics, as well as hands-on small-group training for the movements. We also learned a great deal about nutrition, programming, how to conduct a class, coaching tips & tricks, the meaning of fitness, etc. The two day course was full of important information and I loved my time there. Here are 4 of the coaches (in the red shirts) and the three others from my gym who took the class along with me.
