Running With the Wolves

I was at my training course and Millie had a soccer game so Milo ran the ANCS annual 5k with a buddy. His hair isn't wet from the rain, he was just super sweaty. He ran the whole thing and did so well!

I was honored to be offered the chance to take a Crossfit Level 1 certification course this weekend. The Level 1 Certificate Course is an intro to CrossFit's methodology and foundational movements. The course includes classroom instruction on these topics, as well as hands-on small-group training for the movements. We also learned a great deal about nutrition, programming, how to conduct a class, coaching tips & tricks, the meaning of fitness, etc. The two day course was full of important information and I loved my time there. Here are 4 of the coaches (in the red shirts) and the three others from my gym who took the class along with me.

I had the cutest assistant at today's photoshoot! Millie came with me and kept big sister Zoey entertained, she helped me move blankets and most importantly, kept Beck nice, warm and well fed.
