CrossFit Open

In 2011, the Crossfit Games adopted an online format for the sectional event, facilitating participation by athletes worldwide. During the "CrossFit Open", a new workout is released each week. Athletes have a few days to complete the workout and submit their scores online. The top CrossFit Open performers in each region advance to the regional events. It's kinda fun because we can to do the same workouts as some of the top elite athletes. Anyway, I had the chance to go to see the Live Open Announcement that was held here in Atlanta. It was awesome AND I got to meet Bob Harper! We are on coming up on week number 4. You can follow Mat and I on our custom leaderboard found here.

Valentine's Day 2014

I haven't heard from anyone (but my Grandma N!) but I am hoping that most of you all got our Valentines Day card? A little late this year, I know, don't hate! Millie did not want me to add this to the Valentines day creation...but I just had to. Might be the last year for kissing shots...tear! Meghan & Ryan came along for some fun
