Okay, I just lied to my girlfriends

I feel really guilty but I just flat out lied (in an email) and told them that I was not pregnant. I feel really, really bad and I hope they later understand my reasoning. I just want to wait until the first tri is over or at least until we are at week 11 or 12 to tell friends. I even think I will be nervous to share the news at that point. Ugh! This is hard!
