Beach bound

Quiet car So it's dinner time. I pull off for the first fast food I could find. I absolutely HATE McDonalds (thanks Mom!) and the kids know it. They love to tease me about it and think it is funny. Soooo, I pull off the exit and Millie yells "Are we going to old McDonalds??" They call it "Old McDonalds", not McDonalds. Anyway, I pull into a KFC and they say "Oh!! We aren't going to Old McDonalds!! We are going to OLD MANS!! Old Mans Old Mans, we are going to Old Mans"!!!! Best Buckeye Shirt ever!

Allergy test, age 3

We have been going to the allergist every 6 months since this little boy was born. At age 2, his blood test came back negative for his milk allergy. But his skin test was still positive. At age 3, his skin test has come back negative! This is great news! We go back mid-October for food test. Over the course of a morning, we give him a little milk. Then a little more. Then a little more. Till he has 2 servings. And then we wait like an hour to see if he reacts. Fingers crossed because last night we went out for ice cream/sorbet to celebrate...and they didn't have any sorbet. Or any smoothies which are our typical second options. In this case we typically give Milo a cake cone filled with fun toppings. Last night's was full of gummie worms, sprinkles, and marshmallows. We had a little fun at Target after the allergy testing.

Kids are loving the new swing. Typically his favorite part of the day is playing football with daddy in the backyard. No matter how much orange and blue he has on...he melts my heart.
